She is a Master of Dispute Resolution (University of Amsterdam, 2006, cum laude), a NMI-certified mediator (Dutch Mediation Institute) and a mediator for the Court of Amsterdam.
She is also an International Full Certified ADR Mediator.

She is the founder and an international keynote presenter and trainer of Solution Focused Mediation/Conflict Management.

She is the author of:
