What is well-being?

Well-being is about the pleasant life, where there is room to enjoy and for pleasure;

It is about the good life, where there is commitment with work, hobbies and relationships;

It is about the meaningful life, which is not only about you, but also about something bigger than you, a spiritual goal and altruism: taking care of other people;

It is is about having positive relationships;

And well-being is about accomplishment: to pursue success, accomplishment, winning, achievement and mastery for your own sake.
