Fredrike Bannink works as a mediator.

She is a Master of Dispute Resolution (Faculty of Law, University of Amsterdam, 2006, cum laude).
She is an International Full Certified ADR Mediator and Full Certified Conflictcoach.
Until 2014 she worked as a mediator for the Court of Amsterdam

She is the founder and an international keynote presenter and trainer of Solution Focused Mediation/Conflict Management.

She is the author of:
Praxis der Losongsfokussierten Mediation (Stuttgart, Concadora Verlag, 2009),
Handbook of Solution Focused Conflict Management (Cambrigde MA; Hogrefe, 2010).
In 2018 this book will also be published in Korean (Hakjisa).

She was the co-founder and Chair of the Foundation for Professional Neighbor Mediation Amsterdam (SPBA).
